Main Street Baptist Church in Downtown Hendersonville

Welcome to Main Street Baptist Church

Main Street Baptist Church of Hendersonville, NC began in January 1959 as a small, humble mission church supported by the First Baptist Church of Hendersonville, NC. The church was located in the Huggins Building on South Main Street.

In 1968, God blessed the church and members with a new building located on the corner of Allen Street and South Main Street, just one block from where the small mission church started.  We are the only church on Main Street in downtown Hendersonville and our members come from near and far. We gather weekly and give thanks to God for His many blessings, to Praise our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to serve our community. Stop in to visit us – we would love to meet you. You will find Main Street Baptist Church a warm and loving church and a place to share the Love of Christ Jesus.
